Non-Hunter Information

Exploring Namibia beyond the hunt

A safari at Hunters Namibia Safaris is about far more than the hunt alone. Namibia is one of Africa’s most spectacular and diverse countries, and for non-hunting guests there are countless opportunities to explore its landscapes, wildlife, and culture.

For those who prefer photographing wildlife rather than pursuing it, we offer game drives that showcase the remarkable animals, birds, and scenery of the Camelthorn Kalahari. Because we conduct all of our hunting on foot rather than from vehicles, wildlife is generally relaxed around vehicles, often allowing exceptionally close encounters — a wonderful experience for photographers and nature lovers alike.

Families are always welcome at Hunters Namibia Safaris. Over the years we have hosted children of every age, from infants to young hunters discovering the bush for the first time. For children the safari becomes an adventure filled with discovery, while for families it offers a rare chance to share meaningful experiences together in the heart of Africa.

In addition to enjoying the lodge and the surrounding wilderness, a variety of activities can be arranged near the safari property before or during your stay, availability permitting. These activities may involve additional costs such as fuel, entrance fees, or specialised guides where required.
