Our lodge is run in the classic, elegant tradition of Africa’s great safari camps — a sanctuary of stone and thatch designed by Joof Lamprecht to blend seamlessly with the Camelthorn Kalahari’s rocky

Each day begins just before sunrise, with coffee or tea served in your suite, followed by a hearty breakfast.
Our gourmet chef, Henock, and his dedicated team prepare world-class cuisine, with venison from the hunt complemented by fresh salads, fruits, vegetables, and herbs from our gardens.
Daily baked breads and treats from the old wood-burning oven add a touch of tradition, while non-venison and vegetarian dishes are gladly
provided on request.
Guests return to camp at midday for a leisurely buffet lunch by the poolside summerhouse, with time for a siesta before afternoon adventures.
Evenings unfold with sundowners by the fire, where stories are shared in the glow of acacia flames, before the traditional drumbeat calls you to a candlelit three-course feast.
A curated cellar of fine South African wines, premium spirits, world-class Namibian beers, and fresh juices ensures every taste is indulged, with special requests warmly accommodated.
